Ruche Salon Group was established in the year 2000. Ruche is a French word which means “beehive”, a dwelling place of bees. In observing the beehive, we can understand where the term “busy as a bee” came from since bees are known to be very hard working which can eventually lead to a “sure success” in life. From this idea, we take the importance of leadership skills to the health and productivity of the work force. Leaders need to communicate effectively with their staff, ensure transparency which makes employees feel more secure, and articulate the vision and process to achieve the vision to those who implement or build it. Same is true with Ruche Salon Group which humbly started with only one small branch. Few years thereafter, due to increasing number of clients who are constantly patronizing the services and due to unstoppable success and effective as well as efficient management of those behind Ruche Salon Group, presently, there are four (4) branches of Ruche Salon which are actively operating and continuously flourishing.
